About us
Making school management easy for every school
Maktab is where learning begins. We build Easy Maktab so that principals, teachers and office staff spend less time on registers and paperwork, and more time on students.
Why we built it
School software that school staff enjoy using
Many schools still run on registers, spreadsheets and handwritten receipts. Software exists, but it is often complicated, made for large institutions and priced per student.
Easy Maktab is different. It follows the way schools in our region already work, speaks English, Arabic and Urdu, works on any phone and lets each school pay only for the modules it uses.
What we believe
Three promises behind every screen
Simple first
If a screen needs a training course, we have not finished designing it. Plain words, big buttons and only what is needed.
Pay for what you use
Every school is different. Choose only the modules you need, and add more as your school grows.
Made for real schools
Phones in the classroom, invoices in three copies, parents on WhatsApp and documents in your own language. We design for how schools really work.
