Questions
Fees & invoices: common questions
Can parents pay part of the fee?
Yes. Record any amount; it is applied to the oldest invoice first and the remaining dues are shown on the receipt and on the next invoice.
Can I cancel a receipt entered by mistake?
Yes. A receipt can be cancelled with a reason. The amount becomes unpaid again and the cancellation stays visible in the records.
Which currencies are supported?
Pakistani rupees, Bahraini dinars and Saudi riyals, each with its own decimal places. Invoices and receipts can also be written in Arabic or Urdu.
