Who we are
Easy Maktab provides online school management software. You can reach us at info@easymaktab.com.
Information schools keep in Easy Maktab
Schools enter information about their students, parents or guardians, staff, fees, attendance, exams and expenses. This information belongs to the school.
We use it only to provide the service to that school. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Each school's information is kept separate from every other school. Only people the school gives a login to can see it, and each role sees only the parts it needs.
Our own staff look at a school's information only when needed to support that school or keep the service running.
Security
Passwords are never stored in readable form. Access is protected by login, and the service runs on servers we manage with restricted access.
Information about you when you register
When you register a school we collect the school's name, city, country, phone number and the owner's name, email and password, so that we can review the registration, run your account and contact you about it.
WhatsApp messages
Messages to parents are opened in WhatsApp on your school's own phone or computer and sent by your staff. We keep a record of which messages were prepared and by whom, so the school can see its message history.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
A school can ask us at any time for a copy of its information or to close its account. Write to info@easymaktab.com.
