Questions
Parent app: common questions
Do notifications cost anything?
No. Notifications go through the phone's own notification service, so there is no SMS or WhatsApp charge.
What if a parent forgets the PIN?
They enter the family code again and choose a new PIN. Too many wrong PINs lock the login for 30 minutes.
Can both parents use it?
Yes. Each parent joins with their own mobile number, as long as the school has that number for the family.
