Gate attendance
Attendance at the gate, in one beep
Every ID card gets a QR code. The gatekeeper holds it up to a school phone: a beep, a green tick and the child's photo and name. The child is marked present, parents get a message that their child arrived, and in the afternoon the same scan records when they left.
From Rs 3,000Rs 1,500 per month for your whole school.

Each scan shows the child's photo, so the gatekeeper can see it really is that child.
Attendance marks itself
Children who come in are marked present or late; teachers only fix the exceptions.
Parents know
"Ayesha arrived at 7:52" and "Ayesha left at 1:35" reach the parent app for free.
Office list
See who has not come yet and who came late, and mark the rest absent with one button.
Forgotten card?
The gatekeeper searches the name and taps it instead.
How it works
Three simple steps
- 1
Print the cards
Print ID cards as usual; they now carry the QR code.
- 2
Give the guard a login
Make a gatekeeper login and open the scanner on any phone with a camera.
- 3
Scan in and out
Morning scans are arrivals, afternoon scans are departures.
Questions
Gate attendance: common questions
Do we need a special scanner?
No. Any smartphone camera works, Android or iPhone.
What if a teacher already marked the register?
The gate never overwrites a teacher's mark; it only fills in children who are not marked yet.
Can staff scan their cards too?
Yes. Staff ID cards carry a QR code as well, and their arrival and leaving times are kept.
