Online fee payment
Fees paid from the parent's phone
No more queues at the fee counter. Parents see what is due in the parent app or open the link in your WhatsApp challan, and pay in a minute. The money goes straight to your school's own merchant account, and Easy Maktab makes the receipt and updates the challans by itself.
From Rs 3,000Rs 1,500 per month for your whole school.
What you get
Online fee payment in Easy Maktab
Your own account
Payments go to the school's merchant account with Safepay (Pakistan) or Tap Payments (Bahrain and Saudi Arabia). Easy Maktab never holds your money.
The ways parents pay
Cards, JazzCash and Easypaisa in Pakistan; BenefitPay, mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
Receipts by themselves
Every confirmed payment becomes a receipt, the challans are marked paid and parents get a notification.
A link in every challan
WhatsApp challans and fee reminders carry the family's own payment link.
Checked with the bank
A payment only counts after the payment company confirms it, never just because a page said so.
Try it first
Practice mode lets you and a few parents try the whole flow without any real money.

Questions
Online fee payment: common questions
Who pays the payment company's fee?
The payment company charges the school a small fee per payment under its own agreement with you; Easy Maktab adds nothing.
What if a parent pays at the counter and online?
The second payment is flagged on the Online payments page, so the office can refund it from the payment company's dashboard.
Do we need a website?
No. The payment pages come with Easy Maktab and show only your school's name.
